Moisture is the enemy
Corrugated loses strength fast when damp. Store Gaylords indoors or under cover, never directly on a wet dock, and use a pallet and bottom cap to break ground contact.
Match load to wall count
Single-wall for light, bulky goods; double-wall for medium loads; triple-wall for heavy or dense product. Overloading a single-wall box is the fastest way to kill it in one trip.
Inspect before every fill
Check the bottom, corners and top edge. A two-minute inspection catches the weak box before it fails over your product on a forklift.
